Delivery methods

Please note that we deliver products to mainland Finland. We do not deliver to the Åland Islands or outside Finland.

Evidensia Kauppa uses Posti and Matkahuolto delivery methods.

Pickup from a Posti or Matkahuolto parcel locker

The package is delivered to the pickup point (parcel locker or Posti/Matkahuolto service point) selected by the customer. The recipient will receive information about the pickup location and the code required to collect the shipment via text message. 

The maximum dimensions for a package delivered to a parcel locker are 60x36x60 cm. The maximum weight is 24 kg. If the delivery does not fit in the parcel locker, the package will be redirected to the nearest post office. Check the arrival notification for the package pickup location. 

The package is collected from the locker or service point using the parcel locker pickup code received via text message. The locker opened with the recipient's code serves as the recipient's proof of delivery. Shipments collected from a service point are handed over against a proof of delivery. The recipient must be prepared to prove their identity.

If you are ordering a large product, it is advisable to choose a Posti or Matkahuolto pickup point or home delivery as the delivery method. For example, larger bags of dog food may not fit in a parcel locker. 

Delivery time

We deliver products within 5 business days. If your delivery has not arrived within 7 business days at the latest, please contact Evidensia Kauppa customer service at kauppa@evidensia.fi. 

Inspect the shipment upon delivery

Upon receiving the delivery, inspect the condition and integrity of the delivered products. Also, ensure that the delivery contains all the products you ordered. The customer must inspect the online store shipment immediately after receipt or at the latest within 7 days of receipt. If any missing items or defects are found in the delivery, the customer must contact Evidensia Kauppa without delay (on the same day the defect is discovered).

We prefer eco-friendly packaging materials

We use recycled cardboard boxes whenever possible. Products are protected with cardboard protective material when necessary, and we use paper tape. 

 

Payment methods

Evidensia Kauppa uses the Paytrail payment system, which allows you to shop securely and easily. You can choose the payment method that suits you best from the following:

Bank transfers: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Pankki

Card payment: Visa Electron, Visa, Mastercard

Invoice and installment payment services: Alisa Yrityslasku, Walley, OP Lasku and OP Tililuotto

Mobile payment: MobilePay, Pivo and Siirto

Gift card: Evidensia Kauppa gift card. The gift card can be purchased from Evidensia Kauppa. The amount loaded onto the card does not need to be used in a single purchase, and the loaded balance is valid for one year from the date it was loaded. Multiple gift cards can be used in a single purchase.
