Inupekt forte, developed and manufactured in Finland, is a natural prebiotic for dogs and cats that maintains a healthy balance of gut bacteria and nourishes beneficial gut bacteria.
The active ingredients are inulin, pectin and beta-glucan. They complement one another in helping maintain normal gut function and health.
- Inulin is a natural prebiotic that supports beneficial gut bacteria. In the gut, inulin has a positive bifidogenic effect, helping to cleanse the gut by reducing harmful bacteria and promoting a healthier balance of gut bacteria
- Pectin helps cleanse the gut and firm up stools during diarrhoea
- Glucan enhances the effects of inulin by preventing harmful bacteria from attaching to the intestinal wall. Glucan also helps strengthen the body's natural defences

The product can be used continuously or in 3–4-week courses. The dose can be doubled in cases of diarrhoea. Inupekt forte is suitable for pets of all ages, including puppies and kittens. However, you should contact a vet if a puppy or kitten has diarrhoea. The product can also be used during pregnancy, illness and courses of antibiotics, among other situations.

beta-glucan -1,3/1,6- 30 mg
pectin 30 mg
glucose 130 mg
