Recommended for puppies from weaning through adolescence, as well as pregnant and lactating dogs in the following cases:
- Acute and chronic diarrhoea, including weaning diarrhoea
- Gastritis
- Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
- Colitis
- Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI)
- Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)
- Digestive disorders
- Malabsorption disorders
- Eating disorders (dysrexia) and refeeding after surgery
Not recommended for use in the following cases:
- Dogs with pancreatitis or a history of pancreatitis
- Dogs with hyperlipidemia
- Dogs with lymphangiectasia, exudative enteropathy
ROYAL CANIN® GASTROINTESTINAL PUPPY dry food is a complete feed and dietetic food for puppies, designed to reduce food malabsorption. Highly digestible food that contains high levels of sodium and potassium.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is recommended to seek a veterinarian's opinion before use. Use GASTROINTESTINAL PUPPY dry food for no more than 12 weeks.
Not suitable for dogs with pancreatitis, hyperlipidemia or lymphangiectasia, or for dogs whose illness is being treated with a low-fat diet.
