Recommended for dogs with a tendency to overweight in the following cases:

• Dissolution of struvite stones and prevention of recurrence
• Prevention of calcium oxalate stones
• Bacterial cystitis: management of secondary struvite crystals in combination with other treatment

Not recommended for use in the following cases:

• Puppies
• Pregnant or lactating mothers
• Dogs with chronic kidney disease (CKD)
  
• Dogs with heart disease when the diet must follow a sodium restriction
• Dogs currently undergoing concurrent treatment with urine acidifying medications

ROYAL CANIN® URINARY S/O MODERATE CALORIE thin slices in sauce is a complete feed and dietetic diet for dogs to help dissolve struvite stones and prevent the recurrence of struvite stones. Properties that promote urine undersaturation or metastability with respect to struvite and/or urine acidifying properties.

RECOMMENDATIONS: It is recommended to seek a veterinarian's opinion before use and before extending the period of use. Use URINARY S/O MODERATE CALORIE complete feed for 5-12 weeks to dissolve struvite stones and initially for no more than 6 months to prevent the recurrence of struvite stones.
