Recommended for cats with a tendency to overweight in the following cases:

• Dissolution of struvite stones and prevention of recurrence
• Prevention of calcium oxalate stones
  

Not recommended for use in the following cases:

• Kittens
• Pregnant or lactating cats
• Cats with chronic kidney disease (CKD)
• Cats with heart disease whose diet must be sodium-restricted
• Cats currently receiving concurrent treatment with urine acidifying medications

ROYAL CANIN® URINARY S/O MODERATE CALORIE dry food is a complete feed and special diet for cats to help dissolve struvite stones and prevent the recurrence of struvite stones. Properties that promote urine undersaturation or metastability with respect to struvite and/or urine acidifying properties.

RECOMMENDATIONS: It is recommended to seek a veterinarian's opinion before use and before extending the period of use. Use URINARY S/O MODERATE CALORIE dry food for 5-12 weeks to dissolve struvite stones and initially for no more than 6 months to prevent the recurrence of struvite stones.
